This is a bit of a rambling, casual discussion, but I think they hit the nail on the head regarding the problems with the founding on Your Party.
The Party didn't start with a clear ideology. It didn't start with clear objectives.
Giving party members control could work, and it could be powerful force in politics, but all of it could have been lubricated by a clear anti-imperialist stance.
Asa also mentions the problem people (including myself) with the Greens. I've voted Green, and may do again, but historically European Green parties have been more imperialist than anti.

I've seen #Sultana speak and she's saying all the right things: That the party should be anit-Zionist, anti-imperialst, pro-trans, pro-equality, and none of the MPs should be landlords, etc.
From reading #AsaWinstanley's work, I have serious doubts about #Corbyn and do not think he should lead. But I do think his inclusion is valuable as a fine MP, and as a figure who will bring support.
It seems to me that Sultana is doing these stunts - like when she announced the duel leadership - because of people behind the scenes trying to undemocratically take control of the party. But these stunts are paying off, because they show the people are receptive and craving for this party to materialise.
Your Party may well collapse, but possibly, Sultana has shown herself to be the politician we need to back. So maybe the promise of a democratically members-run party might emerge from the ruins.
The people want this. As #CraigMurray said: This delay is by design.
