Found this in amongst the brambles, in the wood today. Google Lens tells me it is Cuckoo Pint, or Arum maculatum, but it seems a little tall for that, given that we have other, shorter specimens that are definitely maculated, and this one doesn't appear to show any of the signs of that happening. I'll leave it to the specialists to decide. Some kind of lily, then 😄
