It's hard to find a good music curation resource. Google Play had a good one, but it got nerfed when it was rolled into YouTube Music. And #NeverSpotify because they callously exploit musicians. But one way or another, I still find music aligned with my tastes.

For this #BandcampFriday I got #Forndom, #Arcana, #Kalandra, and #TrehaSektori. Very interesting listening! It's going to be a good weekend.

Arcana – Inner Pale Sun

My first reaction to listening to the opening track of this for the first time in ages was, "Is this the soundtrack to The Lord of the Rings?". It probably isn't, and after the opening, it drifts into a Dead Can Dance-esque ethereal mode. Really nice, actually, and even if it probably has something to do with timing, I think like this more now than when it was new.
