Sad news that the community group which was hoping to purchase Arbuthnott Church - the 13th century building which helped inspire Lewis Grassic Gibbon to write “Sunset Song” - has been unsuccessful. The Church of Scotland has now put the Kirk back on the market - at just £45,000.
