Aptivi releases the Newsroom!

We are working on improving our projects and how we announce their releases. This is to ensure that we keep the high bar for the quality and the stability.

As we are focusing on those improvements, such as Terminaux and Nitrocid, we are hereby announcing a completely new place for announcements and other articles that are related to Aptivi and its updates, including release announcements and press releases.

Aptivi Newsroom is now available as of today! This new website covers press releases, statuses, and other Aptivi news. This doesn’t mean that we are going to stop posting our updates here, but that means that we will be summarizing the newsroom articles with the original link.

The newsroom is run by Hugo, with a fresh look and feel that is consistent with the rest of our web pages.

Starting from today, you can access Aptivi Newsroom here.

Embracing stability and security of our projects

Our projects always show their high quality and stability, because they’re battle tested with different conditions under consideration. Our applications currently use our libraries as part of their dependencies to ensure that this is possible. With that in mind, we are introducing a layer of stability and performance to our projects, which is a big plus. However, we think that improvements are needed to ensure that we embrace them, along with security, without compromising their quality overall.

We are introducing a few changes to our projects and how they’re produced to make sure that stability and security layers stay stable across all of them. Those changes will be done to make sure that we keep introducing high quality projects and their versions in all factors.

  • The stability of our projects will be maintained by thoroughly testing them before each release to make sure that any last-minute bugs are fixed before the actual release.
  • The security of our projects will be maintained by updating package dependencies and frameworks, while making appropriate changes to fix security bugs on our projects.

We are not only focusing on those two factors, but we are also trying to maintain the speed of our projects by introducing updates that either improve performance or replace slower algorithms with faster ones to ensure that we reduce the processing complexity when it comes to more complex functions.

The changes will be announced every time we make them to our projects, ensuring that we let developers and end-users know about those changes that may bring performance improvements, security enhancements, and other changes.

As a separate note, Aptivi Newsroom will be launched as early as April, which will be the main hub for project announcements and other Aptivi-related updates.

A message to our users regarding infrastructure issues (April 2026)

We at Aptivi have done our best at performing our operations throughout the whole years while addressing user feedback and comments, and last year was a start to a new era. We were so proud of our performance that we had started a rebrand effort to convey our message more clearly to aim for the tech future.

However, some of the things didn’t go well for us, especially when it comes to analyzing user feedback and planning for future projects, even though we have released Nitrocid 0.2.0 this year and expanded the packaging process for Windows users.

For that, we sincerely apologize for this. This lack of planning and communication for our projects and user feedback is caused by intermittent infrastructure problems that are outside our control and wasn’t our responsibility.

We are very grateful to have done both the rebrand and a massive release for Nitrocid, but that doesn’t end here, as we are always improving our projects based on both user feedback and internal planning.

Starting April 2nd, we will open the development window for the upcoming Nitrocid 0.2.x series version, which will bring awesome, promising new features!
