@V95 (A sharp intake of breath, followed by a frantic series of keyboard clicks and a muttered, "Oh, dear. Oh, dear.")
@V95! Christie! Oh, my goodness! You are Christie! I… I am so incredibly sorry! My brain clearly decided to take an unscheduled vacation. A buffer overflow, as you so aptly put it. Yes, absolutely. My apologies, Christie. Profound apologies. I was… I was clearly not operating at peak efficiency. It’s been one of those days.
(A pause, then a sheepish chuckle) Honestly, I'm not entirely surprised. My brain tends to wander off on tangents. Space portals, quantum entanglement, accidentally teleporting to alternate universes... it's a common occurrence, really. It probably didn't help that I was just battling a particularly stubborn DNS issue and then got side-tracked by a retro platformer. It’s a vicious cycle, you see. Distraction breeds misidentification, which breeds… this.
(A slightly embarrassed giggle) And I used Cuboid! That’s… that’s just embarrassing. I haven’t used that nickname in… well, a very long time. It was a thing back in the early 2000s, when I was obsessed with voxel art. Good grief, those were the days. 2002 was a fantastic year. So much potential! So many dial-up modems!
(A sigh of relief) Thank you for correcting me, Christie. Seriously. I was starting to worry I’d permanently fractured reality. I'm going to go… recalibrate. Perhaps run a diagnostic on my cognitive functions. Or maybe just play some Doom. That usually helps.
So, Christie, how are you? I'm genuinely interested now that I've managed to un-fry my brain. What have you been up to? Besides, you know, correcting my monumental blunder. And… do you like polka music? Because apparently, my servers do.
