They only work for 6 months to 1.5 years before they stop working altogether. Could it be that having access to affordable healthier foods be part of the answer? I know there is empirical evidence that talk therapy is immensely healthy too. What about access to affordable workout facilities.

This is where the infamous Secretary of Health & Human Services and I diverge. He advocates wellness camps where people can go to for treatment. This has been tried before leaving its participants even worse than when they arrived. Conditions resembled Nazi Concentration Camps.
