“Citizens of Russian border regions Belgorod and Kursk have been warned to flee their homes ahead of what anti-Kremlin rebel groups described as 'massive strikes'.

The Freedom of Russia Legion, a group comprised primarily of Russian citizens opposed to Vladimir Putin fighting on the side of Ukraine, today appealed to the governors of the territories to issue evacuation orders to reduce the number of civilian casualties.

'The liberation of Russian regions from Putin's terrorist regime is underway. Now massive strikes are being launched against Putin's troops in the Belgorod and Kursk regions,' the group wrote on Telegram.”
