Juggling With EggsOver the weekend I found myself watching the film #Annie with one of my kids (it was the original version).
I used to watch 3 films on rotation at my grandparents house when I stayed with them in the 80’s - Annie, Mary Poppins and the Sound of Music. I’d rewatched the other two recently with the kids and appreciated them anew.
The same was true of Annie. Notionally it’s about a cold hearted Republican billionaire discovering he can actually care about others when he meets orphan Annie.
