Even when I know it’s coming, the moment when “Gold” is announced for Kitauji is DEEPLY satisfying. #anime_eupho
At the level at which Kitauji plays, especially given the amount of rehearsal effort they put in, playing the competition piece must be 99% muscle memory. At least.

Facing one final audition for the Euphonium solo part, Kumiko shows that SHE at least has learned the lesson that Taki-sensei should have learned the last time this happened. #anime_eupho
This is, possibly, a crowning moment of awesome for Kumiko.
Gotta say, Kumiko looked fabulous dolled up for that concert she went to with Reina and Natsuki and Yuko.
But then again, Mamiko, her sister, IS a beautician and clearly put some effort in.
Which is a nice payoff from that lovely moment in #anime_eupho S2.
