Biden has passed the "Big Cat" bill. (Leopards, Cheetahs, Cougars, ect) It prohibits cubs being used for petting or pictures and will also ban new private ownership, breeding, buying/selling, for individual purposes. The people who already own animals are allowed to keep them (so long as they're licensed and cared for) and, naturally, Zoos and Preservation Centers are an exception also.
