My thoughts on the TikTok ban and/or forced sale:

The national security argument is entirely fake. Or it does not go far enough, take your pick. Anybody who thinks that the patriotism of American billionaires protects the US national interest is entirely deluded; which means there's zero difference, in terms of threat, between TikTok or Twitter Or Meta's various properties.
