Learned a new teem today: "Analogue Activity" - something not done digitally.

Or "how to enjoy something without a phone or computer".

This is why I like hand writing (even if it hurts) and drawing. It's healthy, which is why we encourage NJ with real books, drawing, crafts, imaginative play, outdoor activities.

And why I'm slowly learning that not being on social media in a day is perfectly okay.

Balance.
