PERFECT PANGRAM HASH : Anagram Hash Function

A pangram is a sentence or phrase that contains each letter of an alphabet or character set at least once. A perfect pangram is an anagram of the alphabet which contains each letter exactly once.

Pangram hash generates a perfect pangram hash digest consisting of a anagram permutation of a character set. Each character in the output is unique and non-repeating.

Curiosity: two six-letter #words, such that

• each contains all five of A, E, I, O, U.
• one is #Welsh.
• one is #French.
• they are #anagrams of each other.
• they end with the same three letters.
• their meanings are unrelated.

The Welsh word has all five letters together.
The French word is one you probably know if you've ever been taught any French.

"In 1818, English zoologist William Elford Leach named nine new genera of parasitic isopods: Anilocra, Canolira, Cirolana, Conilera, Lironeca, Nelocira, Nerocila, Olencira, and Rocinela.

Each of these is an anagram of the name Caroline (or its Latinized form Carolina). But Leach was not married and had no known relationship with any woman of that name."
