Had to hang out in town during a long day of classes, so I visited the secondhand record shop in the street behind the Berlitz centre and picked up this total bargain. Double-album of the first two Passport albums. 1976 issue in mint condition.

The first of these features a few members of Amon Düül II and is absolute nosebleed German fusion. Very chuffed at this find.

Just an incredible album that SOUNDS magnificent. If you ever come across one, get it.
It’s worth every penny.

Been digging through the upstairs vinyl collection, bringing some forgotten favourites down to the living room, and giving them a good listening to.

This was one of three Amon Düül II albums I found in a Totnes charity shop for a quid each in the early 2000s, when that was still something that could happen occassionally.
