L'Iran ha avvertito che non restera' "a guardare" di fronte a quelle che definisce minacce di "crimini di guerra" da parte del presidente statunitense Donald Trump. L'ambasciatore iraniano all'Onu, Amir-Saeid Iravani, intervenendo durante una sessione del Consiglio di Sicurezza sullo stretto di Hormuz, ha invitato la comunita' internazionale a reagire "prima che sia troppo tardi" e ha ribadito che Teheran esercitera' "senza esitazione" il proprio diritto all'autodifesa, adottando "misure immediate e proporzionate" in risposta a eventuali azioni statunitensi.

Intanto Teheran ha comunicato al Pakistan di ritenere di essere in vantaggio e di disporre ancora di 15.000 missili e 45.000 droni nel proprio arsenale.
