ReAction GUI for XAD: Avalanche 3.3 for AmigaOS 3.x and AmigaOS 4
Chris Young's Avalanche is a graphical user interface created with ReAction for the XAD extraction system, which also supports the xfdmaster.library. Simple editing of LhA/Zip archives is also possible (AmigaOS 4).
Among the new features in version 3.3 is support for the "Amiga Image Storage System" (AISS) under AmigaOS 3.2.
Javascript: TAWS - The Amiga Workbench Simulation 0.40
TAWS ("The Amiga Workbench Simulation") is a Javascript simulation of the Amiga-Workbench 1.0 - 4.1 FE for Internet Explorer, Firefox, Opera and Apple-WebKit-Browser (including Odyssey and Wayfarer).
"GCC Pack" is designed to simplify the installation of GCC under AmigaOS. The package contains an installer that installs the GCC 2.95.3 compiler on the hard drive, ready for use.
The author @rastport expressly points out that compiling on real Amigas is only for enthusiasts. It is significantly faster to work on a modern system with a cross-compiler, which would also be a up-to-date version - GCC 2.95.3 dates from 2000.
Toolbar images: AISSClassic 1.1
"Amiga Image Storage System" (AISS) is a system for managing toolbar images. Following the initial release last January, developer Martin Merz has now published an update of AISS on Aminet. The new version 1.1 contains around 1,400 additional pictograms and PNG files without metadata, which promises a significant improvement in the speed at which images are loaded.
Paint program: PolarPaint 1.277 for all Amiga systems
About a year ago, we introduced PolarPaint, the drawing programme developed by Anbjørn Myren, which is available for all Amiga systems. Numerous versions followed, which is why we asked the author to summarise the most important changes for us:
Image editing: RNOEffects 2.1 for all Amiga systems

Web browser: MUI version of NetSurf 3.11
Version 3.11 of the NetSurf web browser is available for AmigaOS 3.x in a ReAction variant by Chris Young and in an SDL-based variant by Artur Jarosik. The latter has now also started work on a MUI version, the first releases of which have already been made available in their current state of development.
