The GMB union and the RCN called off Monday’s strikes in Wales after being offered an extra 3 percent in pay, taking it overall to just 7 percent, and then offered to do the same in England.

The thing with #StrikeAction is that these are the people who look after us at our most vulnerable, mould our children into future citizens. If we can't pay them a decent wage there's something REALLY wrong with our society.
