Any recommendations for a USB power pack that basically acts as a UPS for a Pi Zero and a ham radio HT?

I need something that can take a charge from the wall and -- as needed power -- the Pi and Recharge the HT's batteries. Bonus if it's not too temperature sensitive. I'm setting up an APRS bidirectional gateway in my shed. #hamradio #amaterradio #aprs
