Protests, picket lines and Indigenous pride: examining US #democracy – in pictures. Partly inspired by the poem In This Place (An American Lyric) by Amanda Gorman, FotoFocus, a non-profit, has opened its inaugural #exhibition at the new FotoFocus Center in #Cincinnati, #Ohio. Titled Big Tent, the show is on view until 22 August 2026 and presents the work of more than 50 artists.

Mal endlich wieder einen kurzen Status zur #qwrc

Inzwischen habe ich einige der Bücher gelesen. Ich muss mal einen Zwischenstand posten. Gerade habe ich mir als Gute-Nacht-Lektüre "The Hill Wie Climb" von Amanda Gorman in der zweisprachigen Ausgabe durch gelesen.

Die mitgelieferten Hintergrundinformationen in dieser Ausgabe haben mich das Gedicht viel besser verstehen lassen. Auf alle Fälle empfehlenswert.
