Due to a filling lunch I kept dinner simple: Alton Brown's Grilled Brussels Sprouts (https://www.foodnetwork.com/recipes/alton-brown/grilled-brussels-sprouts-recipe-1944962 - originally aired in 1999, what the hell?).
Quite good, but I didn't pay close enough attention to the obvious thing: group same-size sprouts together on skewers, and leaves the bigger ones on the grill longer. Regardless it was quite tasty!
