Had a great afternoon recently giving massage to the crazy runners at this year's Veinte Leguas Alpujarra event.
A full on ultra trail running event held yearly in the #Alpujarras. You can choose how long you run for. Starting at 10km for 1 leg. Or do the full 20 running a phenomenal 106km with over 5000 metres of elevation 😅 No wonder some of the runners came in barely able to walk!

Once the sun sets, Capileira is transformed; streetlights are soft and few, so the whitewashed houses seem to glow gently under the stars. Away from the village centre, the soundscape becomes mostly natural and quiet — maybe the trickle of water running down the acequias...
