Every so often, I wander the internet looking for recipes for those of my friends who are allergic to onions. It's really depressing how often the answer is "Substitute shallots! Green onions! Scallions! Garlic!" (Another allergen, unfortunately)

There are a lot of good ideas out there, don't get me wrong. I'm just cranky today I suppose....

While I'm complaining though, DOES anyone have a tested recipe for meatloaf that has no onions, garlic, or gluten? I've seen a couple that are close, but nothing that hits all three at once.
