The idea is peak evolution=amphibian, right? Did I interpret that correctly? I have problems with that concept. Being able to regulate temperature is pretty advantageous. I guess they had to do /something/, but I think a highly evolved creature would be pretty dangerous(and regulate their own temperature :^P )
