Everything is a choice. A choice made by humans.

Including the choices made to remove humans from making tough/offensive/troublesome/difficult choices.

Whether itโ€™s algorithms or HR systems or whatever itโ€™s still humans looking to avoid the shitty stuff that lifeโ€™s made of.

Systems only do things better if you have better humans designing them.
