Everything is a choice. A choice made by humans.

Including the choices made to remove humans from making tough/offensive/troublesome/difficult choices.

Whether it’s algorithms or HR systems or whatever it’s still humans looking to avoid the shitty stuff that life’s made of.

Systems only do things better if you have better humans designing them.
