Back to work today after a beautiful post-show break. I’ll head in to school to teach a private lesson this morning, as the school is now offering that as an option.

For the next few weeks I’ll be able to personalize lessons for a few folk who have booked some privates- both sewing and pattern making lessons.

I actually find those the most enjoyable- I’m responding directly to someone’s particular interests in the field with solutions and techniques that specifically suit their level, interest and direction.

I am also teaching a curriculum based haute couture/professional sewing evening course into June, and that group is very keen, which helps!
