A War Crimes Tribunal must be established for Trump, Hegseth, and others.

A War Crimes Tribunal must be established for Trump, Hegseth, and others.

It would be empowered to investigate crimes committed regarding:
- Small craft bombings and murder in the South America region
- Invasion and abduction of Maduro in Venezuela
- Invasion and destruction of Iran.
- Other crimes as discovered

Based on the conclusion it would be empowered to prosecute identified war crime criminals.

Democrats and others should instigate this process even outside of the formal authority of the House and Senate if necessary.
