Remembering #AlbertDekker (1905-68), the imposing American film, stage and television character actor, born in Brooklyn #OnThisDay
Often cast as antagonists, he was terrific as (among others) the eponymous mad scientist in Dr. Cyclops (1940), the Raden twins in Among the Living (1941), crime boss Big Jim in The Killers (1946) and, unforgettably, as the murderous Dr. Soberin in Robert Aldrich's extraordinary Kiss Me Deadly (1955).
