Bubbles on their way with these spruce tips having a sugar feast for their local yeasts.

The green of the new shoots (late spring in Bornholm) looked so appealing to me. That gave me the good amount of energy for collecting a few of them and then look up what to actually do with them when I got back home.

Here is coming a wild drink + I also made the simplest sirup from @foragerchef that sounds delicious. Patience will do the rest.
