Comment aurait-il pu prévoir ce coup de théâtre, ce cher président #AlJaber ?
Ce n'est pas comme si il avait des relations quotidiennes avec le représentant de son pays à l'OPEP, en tant que Pdt de Abu Dhabi Oil ET de ministre de l'industrie.

This failure isn't COP28 President #AlJaber's. It's to be expected. He no doubt sees the exclusion of #FossilFuel #Phaseout language as a great success. The real failure is Al Jaber champion & fellow billionaire #JohnKerry's (who probably sees it as a success too).
