Dove si trova Cristiano Ronaldo? Il mistero cresce in queste ore, dopo che la stampa britannica ha segnalato i movimenti del suo jet privato tracciati dal portale Flightradar24. Stando ai dati inviati, l’aereo personale del campione di calcio portoghese è decollato dall’Arabia Saudita e ha raggiunto l’aeroporto di Madrid. Chi c’era a bordo? L’ipotesi è che Cristiano Ronaldo e la sua famiglia – la moglie Georgina e i 5 figli – abbiano deciso di fuggire in Spagna dopo l’attacco all’ambasciata statunitense a Riad, ultima escalation della guerra scoppiata in Medio Oriente. Per ora, però, non ci sono conferme.
L’ultimo post sui social di Cristiano Ronaldo risale a due giorni fa: “Continuiamo a crescere insieme! Vittoria importante!”. Il suo Al Nassr, club in cui milita da tre stagioni, è in testa alla Saudi Pro League dopo la vittoria di sabato contro l‘Al Fayha. Ha due punti di vantaggio sull’Al Ahli e tre sull’Al Hilal di Simone Inzaghi. Nonostante le bombe, per ora il campionato va avanti: giovedì sono in programma altre due partite, l’Al Nassr e Ronaldo sono attesi in campo sabato 7 marzo contro il Neom SC. Ma il campione portoghese, 41 anni e oltre 200 milioni di euro di stipendio annuo, potrebbe non essere più in Arabia.
Il jet privato di CR7, pagato 70 milioni di euro, può ospitare fino a 19 persone. Georgina Rodriguez lo aveva usato per venire a Milano durante la settimana della moda. Su Flightradar24 (LX-GOL / SVW7B, Bombardier Global Express) risulta atterrato a Madrid–Barajas alle ore 1.32. Il tracciato dice che dopo il decollo ha sorvolato l’Egitto, poi ha seguito la rotta sopra il Mediterraneo per raggiungere la capitale spagnola.

According to the data sent, the Portuguese soccer star’s personal aircraft took off from Saudi Arabia and reached the Madrid airport. Who was on board? The hypothesis is that Cristiano Ronaldo and his family – wife Georgina and the 5 children – decided to flee to Spain after the attack on the U.S. embassy in Riyadh, the latest escalation of the war in the Middle East. For now, however, there are no confirmations.
Cristiano Ronaldo’s last social media post was two days ago: “We continue to grow together! Important victory!”. His Al Nassr, the club where he has played for three seasons, is in first place in the Saudi Pro League after Saturday’s victory against Al Fayha. He has a two-point lead over Al Ahli and three over Simone Inzaghi’s Al Hilal. Despite the bombs, the championship continues for now: Thursday sees two more matches, Al Nassr and Ronaldo are expected to play on Saturday, March 7th against Neom SC. But the Portuguese champion, over 200 million euros in annual salary, may no longer be in Arabia.
