@funbaker @geist also bspw. Menschen mit ADHS, Asthma, Depressionen, Herz, Infektionen, (...) sind über die Abrechnungsdaten der Krankenkassen identifizierbar.

Falls irgendwer Listen Unliebsamer erstellen möchte muss nur abfragen wer bestimmte Medikamente oder spezielle Behandlungen erhält, die zum Funktionieren oder bloßem Überleben notwendig sind.

Da braucht es keine ePA dafür, auch wenn diese es noch etwas bequemer für eventuellen Missbrauch macht.
