I teach medical students that heart disease is the #1 killer. But the trajectory for women is staggering.

A new AHA scientific statement in Circulation projects:

By 2050:
- 60% of women will have high blood pressure (up from 50%)
- 25%+ will have diabetes (up from 15%)
