A growing number of P-E-I farmers are using agricultural drones to give them a head start on the season. Spring time is muddy on the Island, making it almost impossible for heavy trucks and tractors to get into fields. But the drone is adding a couple of extra weeks to get work done before planting. And those chemicals are dangerous both to humans and the #environment .
The non organic #agricultural companies could be abolished or else we #farmers should abandon to purchase their products.

The #agricultural giant will make digital diagnostic, maintenance, and repair tools available to 3rd parties for 10yr. That is crucial, #farmers previously resorted to hacking their equipmentโ€™s software just to get it up and running again. John Deere signed a memorandum in 2023 that provided third parties with the technology to diagnose and repair, as long as its intellectual property was safeguarded.
