I am looking for a visualisation on the internet, but it is buried:

AFAIR it was presented on a #Kanban conference. About the total elapsed time from idea to delivery, with software development just beeing a tiny fraction in the middle. With comittees and gates before development starts, and QA and acceptance and stuff after development is done. And nevertheless everbody focusing on optimizing development time.

Eigentlich ist ja schon der Begriff "Product Discovery" ein Armutszeugnis. Wir suchen nach ungelösten Problemen, denen wir ein monetarisierbares Produkt angedeihen lassen können.

Weil alle offensichtlichen Probleme in unserem Alltag bereits Lösungen haben.

Und die wirklich DRÄNGENDEN Probleme unseres Lebens wollen wir nicht angehen. Sondern lieber strukturiert hirnen, wie wir dem Überkonsum ein weiteres Puzzlestück hinzufügen.

Ist "agil" in eine Sackgasse gelaufen?
