ALLIANCE partners University of Thessaly, Olympus, Masoutis, Netcompany-Intrasoft developing new cost-effective solutions to ensure traceability of PDO #FetaCheese, preventing adulteration with cheaper cows’ milk. Blockchain will enable users to verify the origin of the product, while an AI-enabled early warning and decision-making system will monitor data in real-time and send out alerts in case of anything suspicious.
