So I invented a new step in ballet class tonight: grand jeté assemblé à la coyote. This is when you launch into a split jump, find it turning into an assemble, run on air for a moment like Wile E Coyote and barely avoid face planting to the mirror. Extra marks if you’re last to do the exercise so everyone in the room is watching. #ballet #adultballet

Getting prepared for my performance today. I took my class in the morning and there's no injury and no major pain. I feel good so far. 😊
