January is #AdoptARescuedBirdMonth, and we have plenty of #birds in our care in need of new homes, including Opal and Garnet at Nevins Farm. They’re both #Budgerigars–a kind of parakeet–and are docile, gentle, and can even talk! Opal is a baby, so she needs to go to a home with a #parakeet or existing flock. Visit during open hours (12-4:30p, Tue-Sun) to adopt!
A little birdie told us it’s #AdoptARescuedBirdMonth (wocka wocka 😹), so we’re spotlighting some of the awesome birds in our care looking for new homes! These guys are Cirrus, Cumulus, and Stratus – nine-month-old Silkie #chickens, a breed known for their fluffy plumage. Visit Nevins Farm open hours Tuesday - Sunday, noon - 3 p.m. to adopt!
