Ricardo HarvinThe man is much too talkative and animated in season 2 of #TheBoothAtTheEnd, that's what put me off from the beginning of the first episode.
3 episodes in and he's broken almost every rule he established as inviolable in season 1.
I blame the writing for that, and executive producers #XanderBerkeley (who plays The Man character) and #AdamArkin (season 2 director).
It's much less gripping and ominous this season because of these changes, only the Doris storyline and twist keeps me watching.
I really liked the first season of #TheBoothAtTheEnd, a #Canadian #tv #show #streaming on the #Roku #channel.
I started watching the first episode of season 2 last night, and the vibe feels very different and put me off a bit.
I'm trying again now and hope it matches season 1.
They changed directors from #JessicaLandaw to #AdamArkin, who I don't like for no particular reason; he just grates, like his father 🤷🏿♂️
