My trusted http://winhelp2002.mvps.org/hosts.htm is not longer maintained and I don't rely on it any more, sadly.

The download on this site has no last updated date info any more. About 2 years ago, at a time it claimed to be maintained and added updates regularly, I noticed, that each updated file was a smaller as the last one.
