I rewatched "Ad Astra per Aspera" - the second episode in Star Trek Strange New Worlds' second season - tonight. It is a great episode, and it reminds me of the US Military's many discriminatory policies (segregated units, exclusion of women, Don't Ask Don't Tell, the ban on transgender people, etc).
