#Today I had an initial interview with an organization that is a perfect fit for my career goals, and I think I made a pretty good case that I’d be excellent in the roll. Crossed fingers, lucky charms, and any manner of positive magic you can send my way would be much appreciated.

(It’s a big deal for me to feel good after an interview. I struggle with them as an #ActuallyAutisitic person 💫)

I’ve loved Nolan's films since Memento but since his comments about going to the cinema in the middle of plague really bothered me. Whilst I’m always interested in a new film of his I won’t go to the cinema to see one now. Not childish, it’s called PDA. #ActuallyAutisitic

The hardest part about losing a pet is they’re in all of your routines.

The days following them passing are full of thoughts like “Does she need to go potty?” “How’s her water bowl?” “Is the weather ok to take her for a walk?”

I think being autistic and needing routine and disliking change makes this harder.

ADHD New Years Resolutions

Like most other people, I'm terrible with New Years' Resolutions. A part of me of course wants to blame this on #ADHD, but the reality is that nobody is ever REALLY good at completing their resolutions. That being said, ADHD definitely plays its own role in not following through with my resolutions. Here are some things I'm doing to hold myself accountable.

I keep thinking it can’t be just because I’m autistic that people have been so cruel to me my whole life

Like there HAS GOT to be more to the story

AITA in all these scenarios?

Even though I was misunderstood was I my fault for saying something to begin with?

Then I read authors like Terra Vance and others

And yeah, it could totally be just because I’m autistic in many of the cases

We are legit harmed daily in this toxic culture
