Martin EdwardsI'm pretty offended nowadays each time I finish putting together the village newsletter – the product of dozens of hours of work by dozens of people – open the final PDF for a quick check, and have #Acrobat suggest "This appears to be a long document. Save time by reading a summary using #AI Assistant." I think humankind needs to have some pretty serious conversations about where we're headed with this technology.

FloTeste gerade, aus Word barrierefreie PDFs zu generieren (mit axesWord). Was schräg im PDF rauskommt sind Links. Siehe Screenshot. Ein Link-Tag enthält ein OBJR Element und den Linktext. Das OBJR-Element liegt aber *irgendwo*, nur nicht über dem Link. Erzeugt keinen Fehler im PAC, ist aber halt trotzdem kacke, weil die Mediabox des Links (klickbarer Bereich) völlig daneben liegt. Finde aber auch keinen Weg, das zu korrigieren. Ideen? #BarrierefreiePDF #Acrobat

diesUndDasMitTassen 🇺🇦Keine Ahnung was andere Leute mit einem PDF Reader alles machen, aber ich will nur Dokumente lesen, die mir andere zusenden / die ich herunterlade. So besch**** sieht der Adobe Reader heutzutage aus. Überfrachtet mit Werbung und KI Gedöns. Zum Glück verteilen die Kollegen auch PDF24 unter Windows, gleich mal das Standard Programm geändert.
