Took a nap, which I really needed. Things I’d like to do today, still:
- Build another drawer
- Exercise
- Shower
- Pick up meds from the pharmacy
Okay, #AccountabilityFedi - took me forever to get my yoga done, meds into me, feed myself, re-blue my hair, bake breakfast for the week, accept that I had to do some masking I don’t want to do and then do it, and moisturize my skin, but now it’s time for not-scrolling anymore. (NGL I actually did way more this morning thanI realized in terms of self care to recover from that unpleasant decision about masking that has been draining me for like a week.)
I’ve got labor to do for capitalism, parenting, relationship-ing, medical insurance reimbursements, and surgery prep.
Okay, #AccountabilityFedi, I had to cut number of reps pretty assertively to do it, but I packed my seven minute ass+hip routine, my shoulder routine, and my daily yoga+core routine into about 20-23 minutes. And I’m sweating quite a bit.
Goal here is to work out all of me a decent amount without injury, slowing my pace, or taking breaks, so I can just Get It Done every morning.
#AccountabilityFedi, I skipped yesterday because I felt like DEATH after my flu and #COVIDVaccine injections.
Today’s difficult, because skipping a day makes me stiff and off balance AND because my right gluteus maximus muscle is full of #Apretude and huuuuuurts.
I’m glad future #PrEP injections are only every other month, now that I’ve gotten started.
#AccountabilityFedi, I did my shoulder exercises for the first time in a week.
Yes, that’s prolly related to how much energy I diverted to emotional processing this week.
Every Friday in August is a wellness day for my job, so I get the day off. Just used the beginning of mine to do a 10 mi bike ride before it gets too hot.
