Mandate Braille Labels on All Medications

Oh, oh, oh I really hate to be critical of a business that has #Blind people prominently amongst its owners or staff. But sometimes the service touted by #AccessiblePharmacy is maddeningly lacking.
Ok #AccessiblePharmacy you'd best call me back tomorrow when your computers are back up with an explanation as to why you charged my card on October 4th for eye drops and then again today for the same thing. I'll be waiting and if I hear nothing by mid-afternoon I'll be calling again. It'd be one thing if you're shipping out a new refill but if not you'd best not charge me twice.
I posted about the hours for #AccessiblePharmacy because I was initially under the impression they could only be reached on weekdays but this is not true. I once had to call on a Saturday and to my great relief someone was there to receive the call.
For those who might need to know #AccessiblePharmacy phone number is 1-888-633-7007
and their hours are: Monday through Friday 9:00 AM through 9:00 PM. Saturday 9:00 AM through 5:00 PM. I can't verify Sunday hours at this moment but I thought there were some. This might be helpful if one is interested in patronizing them or already does and is having issues.
Oh boy today might be the day I do the ultimate switching of prescriptions from #CVS to #AccessiblePharmacy. I've literally never switched pharmacies before in my life so it's a smidge intimidating. CVS is now calling me chiding me to switch from their mail order to a local store or go elsewhere. It's getting annoying.
