The victims may or may not be autistic persons with a diagnosis. They may or may not *know* they are autistic because many neurodivergent adults remain undiagnosed. The narcissist may or may not know whether the target is diagnosed as autistic. What the narc does is scan for autistic traits like the ones I mentioned in my post above.
