Speaking of bass, an ARP 2600 (Behringer) was used for a gritty distorted synth bass, using its low note priority mode.

I think that is the default mode, I dont remeber if I changed it. If you end up with last note or highest note played and you don't want that, you can change that in the Music Tribe app.

You can also play with the portamento if that doesn't do what you want (when playing legato, for example)

I must be some kind of weirdo because this LONG nerd-fest documentary is REALLY entertaining to me! It's a history of ARP. I consider myself quite jaded and completely immune to most hype. But if it's got voltage-controlled oscillators and a filter and some interesting modulation possibilities, you can bend my ear and I'll listen!!
