I've always been a sucker for antique & vintage glassware, primarily dishes.

Each time I'd visit my dad & stepmom in Arkansas the 3 of us would visit antique shops & estate sales

They're gone so I don't have a reason to visit the state any more. Antique shopping experience is poor where I live

After my dad died I picked up a few things from his collection (he liked dishes too 🙂). Pictured is a light green bread/dessert plate from the 1930's or earlier

What the heck is this? Google “thinks” it might be a Montgomery Ward badge, but I don’t know if that’s based on people who guessed or knew what the MW stood for. It’s metal set in wood with two holes on the back with metal nubs inside. The back has a felt-like coating, so maybe a paperweight but that doesn’t explain the holes. Ideas?
