#AMLDEPFL2024 was great, both workshops and conference proper, I learned a lot, really got a sense of the direction in which "the wind is blowing", many interesting discussions and potential collaborations. On the track "AI and the Molecular World" 🧪 Riza Ozçeli, from TU Eindhoven, showcases the capacity of Chemical Language Models in the creation of new molecules by de novo design.

Those bioactive compounds are then used in drug research and discovery.

In this case, AI systems track and predict the presence of mycotoxins in cereal grain at the regional level in Europe.
