New #OpenAccess research paper from the #ALLIANCE_EU project! This study, led by project partners Agricultural Economics and Consumer Behaviour Laboratory - University of Thessaly and CIHEAM-IAMM, explored the feasibility of integrating blockchain technology as a tool for augmenting traceability and transparency within the Feta Cheese food supply chain.
